Ship Creek Brewing Company grew out of a simple belief: the best beer — and the best food — comes from paying attention. To the water. To the ingredients. To the people sitting across from you.
Located on Arctic Boulevard, right beside the flowing waters that give us our name, we've spent years crafting a space where Anchorage gathers. Not a sports bar. Not a tasting room with a menu. A place where the brewmaster and the chef are in constant conversation.
Every batch carries something of this place — the cold water, the long summer light, the sense that Alaska is not just where we are, but how we make things.
